Product Features of Silage Film
High strength: Resistant to tearing and puncturing, not easily damaged during handling;
High sealing performance: Closely adheres to the surface of the material, preventing air from entering and reducing feed oxidation and mold growth;
UV resistance: Up to 180KLY protection level, avoiding damage from sunlight and heat accumulation;
Temperature resistance: Resistant to high and low temperatures, maintaining performance even after over one year of outdoor storage;
Environmentally friendly and degradable: Some products can be naturally degraded, being kind to the environment.

Packaging steps:
1. Pile the harvested forage or corn stalks into a suitable shape.
2. Use a round baler to compress the forage tightly.
3. Cover it closely with silage film to ensure there are no gaps.
4. The edge of the next layer of film should cover 50% of the previous layer, usually 2 to 4 layers are applied.
5. Use a heat sealing device to seal the edges of the film.
Notes:
1. Check whether the film roll is broken or damaged before use.
2. Do not overstretch it, as it may affect the storage effect.
3. After packaging, it is suitable for parallel transportation and should not be transported by rolling.
4. If there is any damage, it should be repaired in time with plastic film or tape.
